PROFLIGHT OPENS GATEWAY TO A SAFARI ADVENTURE
LUSAKA, ZAMBIA – Proflight Zambia has announced a tantalising schedule for travellers on its Mfuwe, Lower Zambezi and Livingstone routes this safari season.
With all that is happening around the world with regards to the pandemic, this may be the perfect time to embark on a soothing excursion away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reconnect with nature.
“We are delighted to announce that Lusaka-Mfuwe and Lusaka-Livingstone schedules will operate daily as published from 16 June with no scheduled flight cancelations on these routes,” said Proflight Sales and Marketing Manager Barbara Namwila.
“We hope the consistency of daily scheduled flights will encourage both international and domestic travel which will be key to regaining some semblance of normalcy in the local aviation sector. In the current climate, travel is not only a great way to relax, but could also facilitate a timely escape from pandemic hot zones.” she stated.
Proflight Zambia’s new schedule on its tourism routes could be the spark needed for the local travel and tourism sector to truly take off in the new normal.
As the country’s largest domestic airline, Proflight has positioned itself to play a leading role in the country’s quest to revive Zambia’s tourism industry struggling under the virus’ strain.
The airline has also reaffirmed its commitment to strict adherence to COVID-19 prevention guidelines as mandated by the Ministry of Health to ensure passenger safety.
