HANDCRAFTED COPPER JEWELLERY:
FREE Women Breathing New Life Into Discarded Items

The Wangu copper jewelry collection is made by a group of self-taught, talented young women with no previous jewelry-making experience in Ng’ombe, Lusaka, which showcases their craftsmanship and creativity. Each piece in this remarkable collection is meticulously handcrafted with a keen eye for detail, creating a piece of the highest quality that bears the unique touch of the artisan.

F.R.E.E jewellery and the Wangu collection are distinguished from other copper jewellery because of the surprising source of materials. The jewellery is handcrafted from copper electrical wire and recycled hot water geysers. This commitment to repurposing materials highlights the artisans’ creativity while promoting eco-conscious practices by breathing new life into discarded items. The clean, elegant lines of the Wangu collection create a modern, timeless silhouette. The set seamlessly blends with any style while making a positive impact.

Join F.R.E.E in their journey to empower women and create a positive impact through the handmade sector. By purchasing F.R.E.E jewellery, not only are you acquiring beautiful and unique pieces, but you will also be uplifting communities and empowering women. Each purchase creates sustainable livelihoods and economic opportunities for these talented artisans.

Every time you don a piece from the Wangu collection, you are wearing more than just a copper necklace or matching jewellery set; you are carrying a symbol of hope, empowerment, and the beauty that can be born from the hands of dedicated women who believe in the power of their craft.
